2007 Z400 National Ready
Build just completed February 2011. Only 3 Nationals on this ATV…. Will be at Red-Bud and Loretta’s if not sold prior to those race dates.
National Level complete frame up build. Nothing overlooked, quad was done 1st class. Son moving on….
-2007 Frame with BARE gusset kit, fresh white powder coat.
-New Houser +1 Long Travel swing arm, bearings and pivot bolt/nut, LT linkage with fresh Candy Blue powder coat.
-New swing arm carrier bearing
-New brake pads front and rear
-New Houser Long Travel A-Arms, fresh Candy Blue powder coat
-Fox Float Long Travel Shocks up front. Set up for 140lb rider
-Elka rear shock just serviced and set up for 140lb rider
-White carbon plastic and new graphics
-New battery
-Hiper bead locks up front with Maxis Razor Cross tires in great shape.
-New DWT Beadlocks on rear with Dunlop Quadmax Radial tires.
-New DID 520 chain and front sprocket
-Flexx bars
-Full Yoshurmara exhaust
-AC Pro-Nerfs
-Houser +2 Steering stem
-Dominator rear axle
-IMS Roll front bumper, AC rear grab bar.
-Pro-Armor kill switch
2006 Engine Just built
(Less than 2-3 hrs run time, Only 3 Nationals… no practice time)
-New crank, bearings and seals.
-Complete new clutch assembly
-New cam chain
-New CP 13:1 Piston
-Duncan National Head (Just freshened)
-Duncan / Web cams
-Dyna-Tek programmable CDI
-Pro-Flow adaptor with K&N Air Filter with outerwear
-New starter motor
-CV4 hoses
-39mm FCR Keihin carburetor
-Trans inspected & while apart, everything speced out fine, shift’s fine
Oil and filter changed after every race or practice session
