i got a 400ex with a 170 main right now... But i wanna add a outerwears cover to my box. SHould i go up 5 or like a 172? Cause i have holes in the lid also now, sooooooooo

I ran a 170 with no lid and no outerwear when a had the stock carb and mine ran great! hope that helps.

it should probably be good to go. that is pretty fat for just a filter and open lid.

is anything else done to it?
