2004 Honda TRX450R that has been set up to race cross country or just ride on the trails. This quad is very strong and very fast. I have gone thru every part of this machine. The engine has about 20-25 hours since complete top end rebuild and about 30 hours since a complete bottom end rebuild. I'll try to list all of the mods, but I'm sure I'll miss some.

Bottom End Rebuild:
-New HotRods stock-stroke crank
-all new bearings and seals
-new rings
-Complete new clutch: Hub, Pressure plate, basket, steel plates, fibers, and springs
-new shift pawls and drum
-Everything was inspected by Moto-X during rebuild
Top End Rebuild:
-Complete race port
-all new seats and guides
-new oversize exhaust valves
-new stock intake valves
-New HRC Cam
Suspension:
-Moto-Xperts Stock Rebuild Shocks (Triple Rate Front) Set up for 180 lbs rider, all serviced this spring
-GT thunder A-Arms; inspected/cleaned/relubed all bushings
-New ball joints
-New tierod ends
-06+ swingarm, with new carrier bearings
-Custom Swingarm skid with Sprocket guard (this setup is bulletproof!)
Everything Else:
-HiPer CF-1A's all the way around
-Maxxis RZR rears, RZR II fronts
-Moto-Xperts Poly Chassis Skid
-ProTaper Bars with ODI Grips
-full Powermadd handguards with wraps
-AC Pro Peg Nerfs
-IMS XC front bumper
-Moto-Xperts rear grab bar
-Full HMF Exhaust with ceramic-coated header (exhaust was re-packed last fall)
-CCP Stabilizer (about 10 hours on this)
