Hey all, my stepmoms mom was life flighted to the hospital early this morning because she has an annurism (sp?) in her stomach. It causes one of her arteries (which is normally the size of you thumb) to be as big as three softballs. They said the only chance of her making it is if she has an operation where they clamp off the artery and put a new one in. The docters said it was a 50/50 chance that she'll make it through the operation. Please guys can we get some prayers for her?

I am so sorry to hear of this... My Mother in Law I guess had this and is still having some roulbe with it now a lil bit... My prayers are with you

We just got home from the hospital, they performed the 4 hour surgery and it went just fine. We got to see her tonight, and we can tell shes in some pain, but she'll recover.

Thanks guys, it has to be the greatest feeling in the world to have people like your second family (like Tina said in another thread) when you need help or need to vent.

Good to hear shes alright man.
I'm goin through a similar situation with my grandmother right now (She has cancer), but she isn't getting better...
