I just destroyed the factory handlebars on my 07 400ex and am looking for new ones. I’m new to the whole quad game and was looking for suggestions. Are Pro Taper and Renthal the front runners in ATV bars as they are with dirt bikes? Are there certain bars out there that will accommodate all of the electrical? What are the most popular bends in ATV bars? I’m about 5'8 185... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pro taper SE bars will do you just fine... But make sure the bars your buying say 7/8th for how thick they are. Cause some handle bars come in 1 1/8th. For that instance you would also have to buy a bar adaptor. You also have to fill comfy when riding, so if you liked the Honda bars then purchase the HONDA BEND. There are so many bends out there that its unreal.

I prefer the protaper SE 7/8 atv-high bend. I have them clocked slightly down towards me and find them very comfy. Im 6ft and 180lbs and ride quite aggressively.

Oh ive spilled it more than a few times, bars dont bend the stock 400ex steering stem does.

I like fat bars CR high any other bar bend feels odd to me. I have tusk long horn bars on mine with bar clamp the bars are only like $40 and strong. Need the clamp to for 20 or 30.
