a 250 2 stroke should put out around 45-51HP

actually 2-strokes have more hp, less torque. that's why 4-strokes get power to the ground better, they have higher torque. ;)
and yes, 30ish hp is typical in a stock 250 2-stroke engine.

like i previously said, 250 2strokes make around 45-51 Hp, read down to the first Question about how much power is made...

correct depending on brand. a 125 two stroke puts out between 34 and 38 hp. i have never rode a husky, but from talking to people that own them, they seem to be more designed for torque. dont tend to rev as fast or have lots of top end, but just a steady strong pull

half correct. more hp and less tq is correct. but your numbers are off lol.
