Compatible shocks

I was reading somewhere that kfx450 shocks are compatible with trx mounts. Is that true?

on the a arm side yes but not the frame side.

I dont no nothing about the kfx shocks but if the lowers fit and upper mounts dont you just machine/grind the top of the shock thinner. I did that to make yfz shocks fit on a 400ex.

i own both quads, and no they won't bolt right up..the upper mounts on the frame of the honda are too thin for the stock kawi shocks to fit into..
