tie rod ends

is there any easy way to loosen the tie rod end from the tie rod?

i've tryed that, along with everyother tool that might work, but it won't budge! any special technichs(sp?)

one end of the tie rod is reverse treads and the other end is regular theards.

take the whole tierod assembly off and use a vise! i had the same problem with mine, and this is the only way i could break the jam nut loose.
