Better flow and more power, and there lighter then any other valve.

you want oem stuff. for vavle train expect for piston,rings and cam everything else came best from honda.

I have spent money on all the other parts. And my bike make power then some of you can belive as for the same for TQ.

The ty valve will help it flow more..... any time you can get the fuel in fast and out just as fast it will make more power....

We are going to the dyno tommarow with the 400 and our 700 raptor.... hopen to make 87hp to 90hp with the 700 and a round 70hp with the 400ex...... The raptor is at 84hp now but needs more tuning...

The dyno/ shop that we are going to is well known.... EHS Racing
in Rochingham NC. I will post the numbers when we are done

TI valves are known to have issues... I don't remember exactly what the drawback is with them but there is some hitch.

When I was building my 400 I originally thought TI= stronger+lighter so they must be better, but Allen at CT Racing said I really should stick with the Kibblewhite SS valves.

Also, keep in mind that you will need to change your valve springs to compensate for the lighter weight of the TI valves.

Just food for thought.

Well we had a good day at the dyno with the to bike's.....

The 400ex built to a 440 12.5.1 comp. cly deck .025 and O-ring, p&p head KW+1mm valve's stage 2 hotcam, 39mm FCR carb jet's are 50/165 fuel was Q16 VP race fuel HMF full pipe gearing was 16/32.

On motor max power was 41.69 max torque was 32.60
On nos first pull max power was 72.04 max torque 58.31 after that it went 67.29 power and 46.99 torque ever pull for the next 3 pull.

Raptor 700 is all motor : ) built to a 804 with Racers Edge +2 head and custom cam 54 TB pink injector pc3 DMC FORCE 4's gearing was 16/36 fuel was Q16 vp race fuel......

Max power was 89.62 and max torque 61.93.....
Motor was built by Top Secret Racing in M.T Olive NC.

And EHS Racing out of Rockingham NC. dyno tuned it......

do you happen to know where Top Secret Racing is located in Mt Olive?? just interested because i live like 30 minutes from there and i havent ever heard of it.

Also dont go over a 15 hp shot of nos on a stock rod....... Only bad things can happen, trust me I know.
