Am i reading that right that you paid $355.00??

- anxle bearings - 50$
- wheel bearings - 50$ x2
- the shocks r shot on it - Whats shot on them? Rebuild from GTT 1000$
-swing arm bearings - 50$
-needs radiator - FIND ONE USED IN THE CLASSIFIEDS - 60$
-needs chain and sprockets - 110$
-dont know about whats in the case either but i can get that looked at for $50 - 50$ (lol)
- needs air filter - UNI 35$
- and needs engine redone - You dont want to ask..

What's wrong with the motor, and what's wrong with the shocks?

I vote for trying to find shocks already revalved and set up for you..

Hopefully 'motor needs redone' just means 'needs new piston' but the 04-05s are notorious for crank bearing failures. $$$$$$$$

shocks need rebuilt they got smashed around alot and the crank bearings seem fine in it but they are only 60 to replace so i might replace them
and ya i got it for $355 haha just alot of work to get it to be a nice quad

I would start off with a good set of shocks and 6 ply tires. That's basically all the necessities to start out in XC. All the other goodies can be added as money allows.

355 bucks for a working motor is a steal lol, and you got some other good parts also, if I were you i would hit up ebay for some used parts, can get some nice shocks for like half price or less,

It can be done. I built an A level MX quad for less than $7500, using top of the line used parts. A budget XC quad can be done as well for the price you have.

Skids, revalve shocks, and motor repair should be more than feasible.
