250f carb on z

So im used to running the actual 39mm fcr that you buy from sparks. But im looking to try the honda crf 250r carb on it as they are the same size but different throttle positioning.(so I was told) the fcr I have on my z now uses a honda450r boot to the head and 400ex airbox boot, would I need the same things for a crf 250r fcr which is the same a the yfz. I think the CRF 250 Carb is a 37mm FCR.

you can use one off of a YFZ450 - this is a 39MM FCR , Wr400 /YZ400F /YZ426 all have a 39mm FCR, i think the Outlaw 525 is a 39mm FCR also.
