this time its not just it getting loose,i dont no if it was the cause of my problem but it could be? it seems like my break rotor has grinded into the beak caliper? theres small peices of melted metal all over the break rotor and theres a quater inch grove in my caliper! does anyone no what caused this problem?
will post pics soon

maybe post a picture?

It's possible that the axle nut came loose, allowing the rotor/rotor hub to track away from the center of the caliper. If that happened than the only thing keeping the rotor/rotor hub in place is the brake caliper. If the rotor can move side to side while you're moving, it would grind the caliper..

But post some pics, hard to diagnose without them!

heres a pic that i took with my phone so its not that great but you can see wear the brake rotor has wore into the caliper.

Looks like signs of a bad axle bearing. The bearings are what spaces everything out where need be

yea i dont see how a loose wheel hub would do that, either bearings or locknut is loose..
