I'm replacing the valves on my z400. it has an athena 440 big bore that calls for a 94.5mm gasket. I screwed up and ordered a 94mm gasket its for a 435 big bore. does anyone know if I could use it any way. would .5mm make a differance.

that shouldnt cause any issue as long as you torque it properly. keep the rubber down, steve

I haven't even opened up the gasket kit yet. I'll see how much over hang if any. I think I should just order a new one thats 94.5
sucks cause I spent $79 on this one.

just lined it up to old gasket it looks the same well the head gasket is same. not going to pull the jug in case that gasket is bigger. guess i just got worried for nothing.
