Rejetting Question

I have a 05 trx450r and I am putting a full dasa exhaust on it with a UNI air filter and leaving my air box lid off. What jets/needle position should I try first?

I have a similar setup on my 05 but with a full pipe similar to CT's. Main should be around 185-190, air screw turned out 2 1/2 to 3 turns out from seated. My pilot is stock and my needle is in the stock position. That should get you to a good starting point.
