I have a spare bottom end that I need to sell. This will include:

2004 cases in PERFECT condition - powder coated

2007 brand new OE crank OR Hot Rods 3mil stroked crank. If you decide you want the lower end I can and will assemble it with either crank. The stroked crank needs to be balanced. The stroked crank IS NOT brand new, it has very low hours on it because it needed to be balanced.

Athena 480 cylinder - powder coated same color as cases
Sparks 98mm piston (two - one used, one new)
Brand new set of rings for the piston(s)
Sparks copper head gasket and Sparks base gasket specifically for the big bore Athena
WEBB 80-571 cams, grind # 943 BRAND NEW IN THE BOX
Entire transmission in PERFECT condition
Valve cover powder coated - same color as cases
Water pump cover powder coated - same color as cases
Chrome water tube for water pump cover
Chrome oil filter cover
Right side case with 08 oil squirt-er mod (squirt-er included) this part has not been powder coated, it is raw aluminum but in PERFECT condition
Clutch cover powder coated - same color as cases
Stator cover NOT powder coated yet, couldn't make up my mind on that
New cam chain guides
New cam chain
Stator
Flywheel
Clutch basket (stock) in excellent condition
Every bearing in the bottom end is new, all seals are new
Water pump shaft (new)
Shift shaft
All the gaskets are new
I have the chrome water spigot for the head and I'll throw that in too.

I DO NOT HAVE A HEAD FOR IT - THE HEAD PICTURED IS NOT INCLUDED

I would like to get 1700.00 for the entire assembly, the cams, Athena kit, pistons, powder coating, and new oe parts alone were more than I'm asking, by a BUNCH.

It's all there, I may have left something out but it is all there. This motor has been a project that I decided not to complete. I bought a different quad, kept my YFZ, but I am gonna leave the motor that's in it alone. I can and will assemble the motor if you like and if you want it, I can get the parts that are not powdered done in your choice of color - at the buyers expense. The motor has not been assembled since all the powder was done.
