Flipping your go pro upside down / right

My brother left his go pro inverted so the whole first day of our trip was recorded upside down. I can view it upside right but I can't upload it to youtube that way. Is there a way within VLS to save it upside right? If not what third party software is the least painful?

You can always find an editing software for free off of torrents. Most quality software allow you to rotate the video.

Next time you want to film upside down, use the Upd mode on the GoPro.
