I see that bcs now do a lowered sub frame. My question is what is the point in lowering a subframe? Unless your smaller than the average person is there another purpose?

Lower center of gravity for better cornering.

I have one bike with the lowered subframe and two without. My race bike does not have it. It lowers the seat at the reat to help with cornering. It helps, I just haven't felt like it makes enough difference to take the time to do it. I have the extra subframe to install and haven't done it.

If I had someone else working on my bike I would have mine installed.

How much did you lower it?

Do you have a couple of pics?

Cheers

3/4 of an inch. Get hold of BCS Performance. They will ship internationally.

Thanks - just wondered how much they lowered it - if I go that route I'll definitely be doing it myself -our business is in sheet metal!

Thanks for the info
