I drive a old l8000 at work...
Got a new steeling tonight since mines in the shop.

All honesty I'd find a cheap 90's trucks there not real old can get them for a good price and start rolling.

Like the guy my buddy drives that kenworth for pays 12.75 a ton I think, makes four runs and he spends 360 in fuel he paid 14 for the tractor and 23 for the end dump. So far he's been down only one day due to something with an injector. And blew a tire today I guess (recap)

He's been doin it for about a month now.

There waiting to find another truck with a wet kit for me and i'll start running the same route..

I'd worry about get some wheels turning and main some money before I worry about new and pretty

I swap out between a 800 and a 900 and i will tell you I'm only 5'11 and the 800 is very cramped to say the least. And to answer your question the 900 does have a longer hood, wheelbase, ect.and is much more roomy. Also the ride is ALOT smoother since your not sitting on top of the front axle.

HAHA no. My tractor is still pretty new '08. No problems yet in about 4 years. I hear of some guys having AC issues other then that everyone I know that drives a International is happy. Over the years I have driven everything. The brand I'm not fond of is Freightliners. Nothing wrong with them. It's just they are not what we need at work.
