Im thinking about buying a blown up 04 banshee, guy says it needs a crank and pistons.
Instead of just buying the parts and rebuilding it, because i really dont know what is wrong with the motor - the whole engine could be toast and i would of wasted my money on parts..
So im looking for a complete stock running engine at a descent price..
Anyone?

Don't be afraid of rebuilding the motor. There isn't really much that can break in there. The max damage their can usually be is a bad crank and scored cylinders/pistons.
For the price of a used motor (they're expensive..) you can pick up a 4mm stroker crank and do a stroker build.

Depends,
If they are JUST bored over, to .050, then no, no jetting changes will be required. On the other hand, if the cylinders are ported, a jetting change will be necessary.
Banshee's are very tempermental to jetting. Get it right, and shee'll treat you well.
All stock, down to the pipes, should be anywhere from 190-210 depending on where it came from. But even just throwing on a set of pipes requires at least 260's or more.

x2 My first quad in my entire life was a Banshee in several boxes with a blown motor. Get the Clymer's manual for the Banshee. It'll be the best $30 you'll invest in the thing and will walk you through everything step by step with (mostly) decent pictures. Between that and the forums, you'll get her done. When you do get the motor rebuilt, don't count on the jetting being right. After all, the motor is blown :D so verify.
