im poor and cant afford a tv what i can do is though i can connect it to my 56 inch plasma screen on my ceiling

probably not the cheapest one on the net, but yes they make a VGA (computer monitor) adapter for the ps2. i heared that it looks sic on one too seeing that a monitor is a shat load better than a TV. higher refresh rates and stuff.
