RockyMountain has Tusk for $169 w/ free shipping and a $20 cash back bonus with the right coupon code. That's $149 net cost for new, full bars with heel guards. They may not be quite the same as the more expensive brands but I have worked mine pretty hard on the trails and so far they haven't even flexed.
