Here are a few vids I took with my new GoPro helmet cam. These are taken at Hollister Hills SVRA near Hollister CA.

A few laps at the track (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4p72B2wQyo8)

A little trail riding (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9YPP4lt7mM)

A little more trail riding (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwWLrNo6G14)

Some trails that get up into the hills a bit. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuyEBrBtDkw)

Nice vid, looks a little dusty

We try to go early in the year before it gets to hot/dusty. Ever go to Stonyford?

Looks good. Dust is always a factor at Hollister (unless it's raining of course) but it sure is a good ride. The tricky part is when you are riding in the tail end of the dust and all of the sudden you come into an area with no breeze and the dust is thick as heck. It kinda tightens your... grip :eek2:

I haven't been to Stoneyford yet. Some folks from the nor-calatv forum had a group trip there earlier this year but I couldn't make it. I hear a lot about the trails I'm jonesin' to go check it out thought. Are you close to there? What's the camping like? Is it a good place to go if you have people who don't ride and they just wanna camp out?

I have an '06 400ex. I'm thinking of upgrading to a 450 later this year or early next year. I'm torn. I love my ex but I really want a 450.

I live in Lincoln and the camping area is like Hollister…but no fire pits or showers. If you have a toy hauler or are just going for the day it’s better to stay at the Davis Flat/Fouts Springs staging area. If we are camping we like going to the Old Mill camp area because you are away from most of the other people and it’s surrounded by trees. You do have to take a narrow fire road for about 8 miles to get to it, we have seen hauler up there but I would not want try it. We have a quad trail so it’s not that bad. It's a nice place to camp but get's hot and dusty this time of the year.
