Current LOW market value $2350 , current high retail market value - $7475

these are YTD avarages for reported sales from private sellers and dealers based on condition of vehicle.

Find the right person and you can sell it for about 3-3500. Old ford trucks, specially diesels, specially a dually gas truck (due to price of diesel) is worth it to many. Id say a horse person or a farmer would snap that truck up in a heartbeat.

A late 80's gas job with 250,000 on it... I think you're gonna have a tough time getting any where near $3k for that, but that's just me.

yea after i put that i went to kbb and did a 91 and they said it was worth 2570 and since mines an 88 i figured id knock off the 500 and ask 2000 and hopefully get somewhere in between 1500 and 2000

You'd think so but old ford trucks are worth serious coin. Ive seen worse ones sell for 3500.

depends on the area really. go on CL and look for similar trucks and what theyre going for

^^^ value of that truck would vary a lot depending on where you're selling it.

In my area people love their trucks, bigger the better. You'd probably get $3k maybe more. Other areas you could get as low as $1500-2000.

I'd say it depends on how quickly you want it sold. Maybe put it on craigslist for $3k and see if anyone bites? After a few weeks you could drop the price

my numbers were based on a national average with that reported mileage from a paid service that we use every day to determine LTV percentages on auto loans.....

aka its pretty accurate.

Id find an older ranger, they fit our quads in there ok cept you gotta get the wheels over the bed wheel well humps.

Bonus is those old rangers with the 4.0 are reliable, got plenty of power and are cheap.
