Just got back from Tenn @ Joe Byrds riding school, I took my 15 year old son there & Iam going to say we both learned alot, he took 30seconds off his original lap time, In my opinion well worth it, Be advised if anyone ever goes be in somewhat good shape he will run & do lots of pushups. I cant believe just the small things that you learn that can make so much faster,
