SCAM, 250R do you know this guy

I hate that this has to be my first post but it needs to be put out there. I saw on ebay a guy advertising that he would custom build a 250R ATC any way I liked, I wanted one re-done back to original......I sent him 3,000$ by pay pal.....The paypal person I sent the money to was named Richard Agne , all the email I got from this guy goes by Rick Anthony or sometimes Rich...

I spoke to this person via telephone several times and used pay pal so I thought I was good.. I had pretty good contact for awhile and when build was supposed to be getting completed he started stalling a little...when pressed he said he had finished and it was being shipped...still more stalling and then he gave me shipping info which turned out to be bogus....

He stalled just long enough to go past 45 days to which Pay pal said they will not get involved since its overv 45 days..all his contact (cell phone and email) were immediately disconnected...

The phone # I spoke to him went back to Camp Verde AZ, and one in Belfontaine OH.. his email was the "Writerswords"

This guy stole $3k, If you know him I would love any info,I have filed a police report in Tennessee... but also just wanted to let you know to be careful...he advertises custom builds for ATC, ATV's and snowmobiles so becareful. I was stupid.

I would say Richard Agne is the guy I pulled up a background check and he does have a forgery charge in 2006. He has an outstanding balance owed of over $4,000. From my understanding his last payment was in 2007 and has yet to pay again on the owed balance. It appears he has had a warrant out for his arrest since 2008.

His address at the time of the conviction was 1000 GARFILED AVE LOT 53 BELLEFONTAINE, OH 43311

And his attorney for the case was HEATON, GERALD L (0022094) (937)599-7272
