anyone heard of 1" handle bars????

i have a set of billet light that i bought a while back for the 250r.
i decided to sell them and whent to check what size bars they are for, and the 1 1/8 nor the 7/8 that i have sit properly in the groove. i pulled out my digital caliper and measured the opening at .95" or 61/64
so i am assuming they would be called one inch bars. the top hole spacing does match up to a lonestar clamp that i have, so they will fit the trx.

anyways the lights are super clean, and they have a 20w bulb and a 35w bulb.

They make shims to 7/8 for sportsters bobbers etc.
I don't know why that would be made to that size unless it is made for buggy frame rail type monting or some custom drag quad.
