hello i just installed my 39mm fcr on my 400ex, i installed the same jets from my oem carb (factory carb was jetted perfect) i installed a 45 pilot and 160 main. when i got it running i noticed right away the pilot was too lean, (fuel screw was going out more then 3.5 turns) i installed a 48 pilot and now i got the fuel screw dialed in. i went riding it was about 1,500 to 2000ft elevation and if i am at lower rpms around 1/2 throttle or less and if i stab the throttle the engine will slowly die out until i let off on the throttle a bit, when i let off on the throttle a little the engine will pick up like a monster. the leak jet is a size 50, i still have a feeling that it may be spraying too much fuel from the accelerator pump , should i go to a 60 on the leak jet? and my needle is on the 3rd clip from the top, if this is a main jet issue, should i jet it richer or more lean? 162? or 165? or 158? thanks guys

its a oem carb off a yfz450, the carb is on there, i got it to fit, no leaks or anything. its just a jetting problem. i think i may need to go richer on the main but i could be wrong.
