New LT Purchase

My brother bought Kelly Chang's old 87 LT from hawaii and shipped it home. Just pulled it out of the crate. Needs some work but we wanted this bike so bad! So good to see it after all these years. It was Kelly's baby and we couldnt see go to anyone else!

wow, too bad it ended up all the way over there :( I'd of rode it at upolu for sure.

Hey guys, so i'm not completely sure this is an 87. Is there anything to look for to figure out exactly what year it is???

5 bolts on reed cage means the cylinder is an '87.

If displacement is on the cases near base gasket it is an '88 or newer bottom end.
