looks great as allways!!! have you ever ported any of the crf heads?or is the flow design that much better then the trx that you dont really even have to??

I have ridden ported TRX's and even ported the power is still greater with the CRF head.

I have not ported any yet. I probaly will someday but, I like letting people see what our "stock" engines do.

A 250 has been in the works for over a year now. However, I have been swamped with orders for the 450's and the new 500 two stroke I am building so it has been on the back burner

I am leaving room for improvement so Honda can build a three wheeler and have something to improve on...lol

It bothered me too when I built mine. just adding foam won't work because it will be to sloppy. I tried grafting a CRF and TRX seat pan together then the foam and ultimatly it was to much of a hassle when you consider you don't even notice it when sitting or riding it. I thought about having custom seat pans made but, had a hard time finding anyone to do it so I gave up.

Now it's at the point were I am just waiting on the NEW 450R so I can convert one of them. :devil:
