400ex aftermarket parts fit 450s?

Got a few questions for you guys. I have a race ready 400ex and would like to know if some of my parts could switch over to a 450r or another 450? like my zps pep shocks, rims, brake lines ext. Also i found a cheap rear 450r elka shock and linkage cheap. Would that fit my 400ex?

Shock linkage wont work, wrong geometry. Front shocks will work, might make the 450R a bit lower since EX shocks are usually about 1/2 shorter, wheels will fit no problem, brake lines possible depending on the kit.
