'08 kfx 90 front brakes missing can u help

I have changed the front brake pads,springs and cables,still nothing.Seems like cables are too long since adjusters on handle bar can be run all the way out with no effect.Just wondering if i am missing something fundamentally simple.

Drums?You can "cheat" by moving the arm at wheel another notch.Either way even when new they dont work all to well unless I am missing something also.Just slow it down in most cases.Rear should lock up tires easily though.

Tried moving the arm still nothing. the drums appear to be fine,there no grooves or a lip from wear,but they the only thing i haven't changed.I found some universal cables that make to the lenght you need so might try those. The brakes worked great when the machine was new,but when stock pads wore out and i changed them they never the same. wish someone made a disk brake conversion for it. Thanks for your help going back to the drawing board again!

How about comparing the length of the old cables to the new cables?
You could have got the wrong cables I guess.
Other than that, do what Cannondale27 said. Maybe a notch or 2 more.
