Ok my official build thread again!!

Here is the quad when I started, It really needed some TLC, the engine installation was very botched. The swingarm was cracked in several places. So after much thought, I found the perfect person to fix the botched engine installation. Pinit is who fixed my chassis, he is awesome to work with, and hands down an excellent fabricator !! It was money well spent. and very very affordable!! I couldnt have done this without him!! and I also need to thank SF Racing for the excellent work on my shocks!! So here it is!!

So to answer questions before they are asked....

Exhaust is from a YFZ it has been cut, modified and fitted to my chassis

Radiator hoses, lower is from 2010 YFZR, upper is from local autoparts store.

Chassis is a wide frame laeger, YZ linkage. This is actually Tim Farrs old quad.

Airbox is custom built by Pinit, using an LT500 intake boot.

rear brake master cylinder is from a YZ dirtbike self contained no remote reservoir.

Nerf bars are modified YFZ AC nerfs.

I am waiting on the body work to show up, I ordered it over a month ago, I have a skid plate on the way, I have to order a seat cover, and a hood, I have also put in a request for graphics but havent had a reply from SSID.

As soon as I can get some funds together we will be working together on putting a 2010 yz FI in a chassis. I haven't found an engine for less than 2500 yet though so that one is a little ways off. I can't thank you enough for all your help!! This wouldn't be possible without you!!

SSID is going to be making my graphics, if I can ever get someone to design them and call me back. As for plastic, I ordered it a month ago, never got an eta, emailed them twice and after the second email they told me they were having sever issues so they were cancelling the order and sorry for the inconvenience and that was it. So tomorrow I'm calling a different company and ordering again(fullbore). Sucks that I waited a month for nothing!!

Who did you order from? I ordered mine through BVC and was kinda expecting them possibly this week or next. They told me that I could call anytime and they'd check on them for me.

I originally placed the order with a company called Hyperformance (Austin,TX)

Let me just say they are a freaking JOKE the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with!! Their price was unreal though 550$ shipped for front/rear/shrouds, just sucks that they actually couldnt get the plastic or provide me with an ETA.

I cancelled my order with that douche *** company and called up BVC, more expensive but great customer service. andrew was awesome to work with!!

Thanks for the comments guys!! I have a few more things to go! My graphics are waiting for plastic lol, I installed my steering dampener last night, just really wish I could get plastic on this thing I'm dying to ride it!! I got the seat cover in yesterday too, it's just black nothing fancy.

It turned out great!! The design it almost finished on my graphics, and that's all I need to finish mine. I've still got to find somewhere to print my graphics though. Are you happy with who did yours? I went friday and dialed in my front end and shocks, and put a few laps on mine.
