"I'm thinking about doing a 416/426/440 build .. what should I get?"

I am to the point of despising these posts.

Agreed ... USE THE SEARCH!

I checked the stickies, but couldn't find any answers.
Maybe somebody here can help me out...

How much HP will I gain wearing a blue helmet for XC racing, as compared to wearing a red helmet for MX racing ?

If I wear socks with little toes in them, will my feet stay on the pegs better, and can I shift any faster ?

How do I check the fluid level for my handlebars, and what is the torque specs for Pink aftermarket gel skull grips ?

and what psi should I run the helium in my razr II's if I just want to fly higher, but not farther ?

funny cuz without the dumb questions and beginners wanting to get involved and ask questions there would be no 400ex forum. Yes easier but than again just as easy too ignor the post and move on. and half the time the bashing and smart comments take longer than just giving a simple answer. that is why we all look on this forum is to help people. the worst thing to see is when a new memebr with 0 post ask a question and they get "use the search button" idk just not to friendly!:D

I dont mind getting them asked over and over too much, its when we direct the people to the stickies and they still dont get it.

I can only explain how to make something work/fix it so many times before I give up and tell someone to send the quad to someone who has a clue.

But yes, searching first and reading up on stuff gives people an understanding of exactly what I or someone else is telling them. If they dont have a clue wtf Im talking about how can I help them?

Whats jetting?

Do I have to take the carb apart to do it?

My carb isnt sticky so I dont know what you guys mean?

Wheres the stickys on my carb?

But seriously, someone needs to make a "Most asked 400ex questions" thread, like the stickys but so we can keep it floating around in forum and we can just post links to some of the stickies and other threads that members started, that would be easier to find for new members IMO.

or...if people can take there time to make threads like this and reply's like this, than people can take the time to re-answer a simple question.;)

i think what some people dont realize is forums have mass waves of people that pass through them, they sign up to ask a question to never return, and then there are those that are 10 year veterans, as long as forums exist questions will be asked over and over its just kinda the way they opperate!
