450r swingarm

I was thinking of using a 05 450r swingarm for my 250r project and I was wondering if anybody has used this setup for mx. I read though the mod page on this conversion and I got a little confused on what linkage setup was the best lol. If anybody has done this what linkage and shock did you use and what was the result

I think from my understanding using all stock 250r parts and linkage with the 450r swingarm will raise the back end up 1 inch. You will need to use the durablue adjustable link to fix that problem. I just used all the stock 250r parts and it did raise the rear a little bit.
