06 450r draining battery

i have 06 450er that i can charge the battery on and have 12v but when i check the battery with it running i only get 10.6 volts. if you ride it very long it drains the battery down and you have to roll start it.i changed rectifier today but same thing. is it the stator or something else. want to ride tommorow but hate roll starting

when your running are you able to run lights?
and are you sure all your grounds are good?
