i need to know what parts i will need to switch to this frame. i know that i will need a 96 cr250 brake pedal, spring, and bolt (anything else?) and i will need to figure out some way to mount my radiator overflow. is there any other parts i will need? and how did u guys mount your overflow?

Overflow doesnt mount up.
dont buy a Honda spring..go to a hardware store and find one thatll fit.

you run the hose down and point it at you pipe so you know if your overheating when the stream comes up.

I got a custom 96 cr250 pedal and the spring is custom cut. I dont run the overlfow, I just ran a tube down through the chassis about 4 inches off the ground.

i dont run an over flow either but i run mx with it, i know alot of xc guys run overflows, im sure theres a way to mount it using hose clamps.if the frame isnt painted or you are planning of painting it, weld some mounts up first.

the arens bike is the red one.

Judging from the description of your bike in your sig, you must not be running XC, so I would say that there's no real reason to need to run an overflow. You won't push enough 'freeze out of your radiator to make it worthwhile.

I guess if you feel you MUST run the overflow, I'd use hose clamps and/or zipties.

I have used Arens chassis for about 6-7 years, and have had ZERO problems with them. Very durable and well designed. Arens products are by far the best "bang for your buck".
