What is the difference in performance, if any?
I only see minor differences when you look at an exploded view and the parts list is the same except for a few minor differences.
I have both with the 38 standard having a smooth bore job done on it.
Just wondering which one will work best with my CT 350.
Help? Opinions?

What type of riding do you do? I've heard the AS atomizes the airflow better, creates more of a swirl going into the carb. I've ran both, and the AS seems more snappier on the bottom end. However, I prefer my 39mm PWK on my CT330 in the dunes. It has more top end and seems like the motor is screaming for more fuel when I had the 38AS on there. I hope this helps.

The Air Striker version has fins on the bottom side of the inlet bell to straighten the airflow and provide better throttle response at low RPM as well as an extra pair of vents (quad vent) to prevent fuel starvation when landing from jumps and going through big whoops
