400ex Radiater Shrouds

how do u guys make those radiater shrouds on the 400ex?
what do u use?
where do u bolt them onto?

Dont even bother, they dont do much of anything since the 400ex doesnt have a radiator.

its negligible at best, if anything a 3 inch spal puller fan works 10x better as it directly pulls heat off the oil cooler and makes the oil cooler and thus the engine cooler.

I dont believe in them, if anything to me they are just eye candy.

ya dont bother with the shrouds i put them on my ex it didnt do hardly anything for it in my opinion like cjm said its mostly just eye candy.

Ebay, just search spal fan. You need a 3 inch model and it must be a puller fan not a pusher. Its easy to wire in, you need a switch, some wire, some zipties or metal and bolts to mount it and an inline fuse holder and 5amp fuse. Took me maybe a whole hour to do.

A 4" puller fan will fit just as well if you are not able to find a 3" on ebay. I have one on my EX and it works great!

Correction: a 4 inch fan is needed, not a 3 inch. Sorry, my mistake.
