what are all of the motor mods for a 400ex while still using 93 and under gas? thanks

10:1 piston
11:1 piston
sparks key

You will be bored line race fuel with an 11:1 and sparks key, if you do 10:1 and sparks key you should be fine

Of course a good cam, pipe and airfilter will help get the power out. And jet it. P&P would be beneficial too

A stg 2 hotcam would benefit to lower compression a little on the 11:1 and sparks key and could probably keep you on 93
