carrier/ chain problems

Tightened chain last night went and rode today and chain is loose again? I dont know if the carrier is in wrong or if it needs new bearings? maybe the chain needs replaced? But some help would be greatly appreciated!

did you retighten the pinch bolts on the swingarm?

also to check and see if your bearings are going bad you can block the rearend of the quad up and see if you can wiggle the axle up and down.

if your bearings are going bad id recomend replacing asap. id also replace chain, & both sprockets.
