parking brake sticks

I have a new 2008 honda 400ex has less than 25 hours on it. When I set the park brake it holds but then it won't release after wards till i kick the rear caliper then the parking cable releases. I need some Ideas.

just remove the parking brake and bolt on a block off plate u can get them for around 8 bucks. allmost every one gets ride of it b/c it never works right and can cause u to waer u pads down fast

The parking brakes on all quads always seem to stop working correctly as soon as they leave the dealership.
