I have 2004 trx90 with 300ex front A arms conversion. I love the travel, stability, and look of this conversion. My problem is that the quad does'nt seem to turn sharp enough. It is only for used for trail riding. Is there a way to keep the conversion but get more turning radius. Any help suggestions greatly apreciated.

You will probably need to grind a little from the steering stem stops and the frame stops. I would see which has more material, and start with that one first.

I have thought about that, but i thought i read something about being able to move the tie rod mounting out further towards the outside of the rim to give the quad a quicker steering response. just cant find that info on the parts needed. I do think I will be trimming the stops thanks for the response!

You could move the outer tie rod hole on the spindle forward, that should help and/or grind the stops on the stem

Hello,

My nephew raced an 06 last year and you have to extend the perch that the inner tie rods ends bolt to. This will increase steering response and make it turn sharper. I think about 3/4 "
