Are there any mini quad riders interested in free practice at valley mx in stanton mi? KOQ racing is working with them, and any suggestions, on dates will be appreciated. Let me know your ideas, and dates , and we will pass them on. We are trying to make this a fun day for the kids and their families.

We rode there earlier this year. It is a GREAT track. The Sutfin family would be interested. Any dates that don't conflict with series races work for us.

i noticed on their website they hope to be a D14 track in the future. i wanted to go to their open house a few weeks back but didn't make it. looks like a fun track.

We need to get everyone to friend them on face book, and let them know what would be good dates for them to have it on. and also show them enough interest to make it happen

HI,GUYS, THE TIME HAS COME, VALLEY WANTS TO MAKE A FINAL DATE FOR THE QUAD DAY, I NEED TO SEND THEM SOME DATES, ASAP, SO THEY CAN GET THINGS IN THE WORKS. EITHER POST THEM HERE, OR EMAIL THEM TO ME AT KIDSONQUADS@PRODIGY.NET, IF I DON'T GET THEM SOMETHING SOON, WE WILL LOSE OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY

I just looked at the D14 Schedule (I believe most kids here run D14) and if you are thinking August, the following dates are non-race days.

8-6-11
8-20-11
8-21-11
8-27-11 and 8-28-11 are TBA??

Any of those dates work for me.

hi, everyone, we have narrowed it down to the following dates, sept 10-11, or october16-23-30 for the quad only day, and free mini practice at valley mx. please reply to this post, or to kidsonquads@prodigy.net so we can pick a date. Time is running out, and it would be a shame to let this opportunity pass us by.

Is this a mini quad only event or is it a quad only event.

If it is a quad only event and big quads are allowed I will put the word out to the guys that run the glmx and see if we can't get those guys to come out and make the turn out that much better for valley.

I just heard, the practice will be 10.00 for the kids, they tried to make it free, but couldn't work out the details. don't forget to show up, and if we get a good turn out, it could become a regular monthly thing.

Well, you know what they say," if you build it they will come" Even with the weather predictions for bad weather, we had a fairly good turn out, with SWP/KOQ team riders Nickerson,Emery,Trompen, and Viackus, showing up from as far away as I...llinois, and Indiana, it was a great day. The track was perfect, the weather turned out great, and even the cupcakes turned out good. With the surprise showing of Harold Goodman, and Earl Bishop, it made the day even better. It was nice to see some old friends, that usually travel the nationals,Scott and his kids, and Joe and Melissa , were an nice addition too. There were a bunch of new people that I have never met,and I tried to meet everyone, but I am sure I missed a few. Thanks to Nigel for his forum to help to get it out there, and I hope Valley MX sees, that there was enough interest, to continue this next year, and help us grow our sport back to where it used to be.
