The man that was shot was said to be a good hearted person but had 14 arrests since 2007. Mostly drug related, driving without a license and missing court dates.

A couple years ago in Louisville, Ky, a thug hit 2 little girls that were crossing the street while running from the cops. The guy had been arrested several times before and was under 21 years old. He killed at least of the girls. The next day his grandma, who had raised him, was on tv saying that he was a good kid and she didn't know why he would do something like this. I think they the the book at him...he deserved it.
