hose above the header on the head

Is there supposed to be a hose that goes into the head right directly above where the header goes into the head?

I know there one that comes out from the center just to the side of the exhaust but i'm wondering about the thing that looks like a whole right above the header.

I'm looking to buy one of these and i cant figure out if there is supposed to be a hose there or not. It doesn't leak and it runs right but if i remember right there is supposed to be a hose there..

im at school now but i would have to say no there isnt a hose there. but now i cant say that for sure. and when i get home that is the first thing im checking.

there is no hose that goes there that is the old decomp for the yz 400 and 426 motors. its just a plug and should look just like you have it in the pics
