Building a project and wanting to keep the weight down. What is the weight diffrence between a a set of long travel 19" lets say Fox Evol Floats vs PEP PB1 fronts?

I think the performance difference of a PB1 over fox float is more than enough to compensate for any weight difference there might be. If you are really worried about the weight of the springs that much or you just like air shocks go with the custom axis pro air..

I run the fox floats, and we have had peps (and other spring shocks) in the past, the foxes are quite a bit lighter, not sure on exact amount, but there is definitely no comparison. Both will perform very well.

I weighed a set of PB1's with covers and Axis Pro Airs. The PB1's were 15 lbs and the Pro Airs were 11.6 lbs. They were both ~20" long.
