Is the stock rear shock adjustable? There is a screw thing on the left side towards the top...is this where it is adjustable?

Your owners manual explains it. The top adj. is for compression and the bottom is for rebound.

If was to adjust the compression and rebound, would I loosen the little screws to lower compression? and tighten the screw to improve rebound?
