:scary: ok guy my camchain tetioner bolt was leaking oil around it and i took it off to fix the gasket and the top bolt broke off. how and the blank do I get it out its flush with the hole by the way?????????

only other solution is to drill and re-tap.. and thats not much fun either

try taking a dremel tool and cutting a small slot in it, then try to use a flat head screw driver to turn it out, otherwise your gonna need to drill it out.

if you cut too much into it, it can be repaired easily.

depends on your skill level....take a nut, put it on the head of the hole, weld through it and put a pool of weld to make the nut and broken bolt one....then let cool down, heat the jug and use a spray freezing crap and hope it works...

I do this alot more that drilling and using an easy-out. I have a small lincoln gasless flux core welder that is perfect for small jobs like these.
