its about 105 octane, a good starting point on jetting is upping it 20% more accross the range.

I've been running it for over 2 years and love it, great fuel, great smell and it's much cheaper than race gas.

The Ethanol content in E-85 changes with the season and will affect how your machine runs. Winter blend is actually about 70% Ethanol, Spring/Fall is about 75-77% and summer is about 82% ethanol. My advice is tune with Winter or Spring/Fall E-85 and add a bit of gasoline when running summer blend. It prevents the need for jetting changes, and it's quite simple once you figure out the changeover dates.

Start out at 28-30% richer on the pilot, 25% on the main and get a HRC or dynojet needle.

Thanks for posting the jetting parameters for running e85. Now I just got to find a place that sells it. Believe it or not, it's easier for me to find race gas, lol!

is there any harm running this in a stock motor? or am i just as good running the premium pump gas?

No issues, just make sure the jetting is correct

There is no harm to the stock motor or fuel components, I haven't had any issues with the stock fuel line, accel pump in the carb, gaskets, etc.

On a stock motor I would stick with pump gas. I went with E-85 for it's great heat reduction properties, it's octane and it's much cheaper than race gas. It also increases power. My 11.5:1 440 with the timing advanced 4 degrees love's the fuel.
