Nerf bar nets

I notice in everyones pics thier nets hang down alot. Is there a reason for that? I have mine as far out as they will go and the dont sag at all. I ahve DG's and I was wondering if there is anything i can do to make then sag more. or do i really want them to ?

i dont like mine sagging i got the alloy dg's but i like them kinda stiff but to tell you the truth ive never landed on them off a jump

I dont use nerfs first off all i do with them is get snagged on sticks rocks and the occasional small tree, and when you need to put your foot down to keep you from rolling down a hill its a little tuff too.

but the reason for the nets being so loose is so that you can shift freely without worrying about gettin caught in the net.
